Q. How Long does a Reiki Session Last?
A. If it's a clients
first visit, the session will last one hour and 10 minutes. Some of that time will be devoted to a pre-consultation
and a post-consultation.
Q. What should I wear to a session?
A. Any clothing that you are comfortable
in. You will be asked to remove your jewelery, belt and shoes.
Q. How do I receive the Reiki energy?
A. Clients lay down on a Reiki table (massage table) which is comfortably padded. The Reiki practitioner
will then place his or her hands on your energy centers (chakras) and begin channeling the energy.
Q. Will I feel the energy during the session?
A. You may feel warmth or heat in the practioner's
hands which is very soothing. You may also experience a slight tingling, as well. Many clients feel a deep sense of relaxation
and a feeling of "no body", so to speak.
Q. Can Reiki energy harm me?
A. No. Reiki is always
safe...it is Divine Energy.
Q. Can I expect to be healed of the condition that I came for?
A. There
will always be a healing from a session, however, there is no guarantee that it will be that which you are hoping for. Reiki
will heal for our greater good...So your greater good may very well be a healing for that which you seek...or not. What
is your soul's destiny?
Q. What are some of the benefits from receiving Reiki?

Q. How often should I have a Reiki session?
A. That would
depend on many factors. If you are suffering from a chronic illness, Reiki everyday for a period of time, would be extremely
beneficial. There have been many accounts of miracles through Reiki. Some clients enjoy a once monthly session to help balance
their energy and relieve stress. Every person has a unique reason for wanting Reiki. Each client can come to the decision
of "how often" through consultation and introspection.
