Michael's life path has been one of physical, mental and spiritual
development for many years. As a martial arts master instructor and practitioner for over 30 years, his journey of
healing began in the early stages of his training. While studying the history of the martial arts and philosophy of the great
masters, he learned that traditionally, a master would also have the capabilities of healing. With that information, Michael
decided then, that he would one day learn a healing art form. After practicing Chi Kung for 8 years, he began his Reiki
training with his sister Claudia Lyons, RMT for his first degree and second degree attunements in the Usui
System of Reiki. Later, his path brought him to Laureen Ratti, RMT for Master and Teacher certification, as well as further
crystal healing knowledge. Laureen received her Master/Teacher certification and training under the tutelage of William
Lee Rand who is recognized under the Usui System of Reiki, as well. Michael's Master/Teacher training was
offered by Women and Infants Hospital of Rhode Island. For his ThetaHealing training, Michael was facilitated
and certified by Linda Hogan, CHHP.
Reiki and Theta have been a perfect fit for Michael, blending the two
modalities during healing sessions. As he continues to further open to the vibration of energy, he has become a
strong channeler of Divine Energy and Divine Information.
Michael has lived a very full and rewarding
life...he is married to his wife Debra, a reading specialist at the elementary level, who is also a certified second degree
Reiki practitioner. They have been married for 17 years and live in Lincoln, RI. He is a retired police officer,
owned and operated two martial arts studios and is currently the band leader of the 16 piece "Mike Lyons and
the Blue Moon Orchestra", fronting the band as the vocalist. The orchestra is well known for its swinging arrangements
made famous by Frank Sinatra, Bobby Darin and Dean Martin. A self taught recording engineer, Michael has produced several
records for local bands and musicians.

sister, Alyssa Sullivan, owner of Synergy Power Yoga, Barrington, RI.
